CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We start processing your order right after you place it to ensure the shipping time. Once your order has been processed, some information cannot be changed or modified. 

 

In some circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email paypal@edora-store.com within 6 hours of purchasing time.

 

Please be well-informed that we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fees, so 10% of your total order value must be charged for the cancellation. After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for stocking, packaging, and shipping. No one can cancel your order once it has been processed already.
