SHIPPING POLICY

 

1. Product origin
We are a global eCommerce company which strives to provide the best quality at an affordable price by selecting high-quality ingredients and materials from many countries (including Europe, Asia, and America), using manufacturing systems based in Southeast Asia, and delivering items through our partnership with USPS and other partners.

2. Tracking information
Right after your order is placed successfully, you will receive an Order confirmation email. In case you cannot find the confirmation email in your mailbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
All of our products will be processed after customers place the order, and due to the overload of orders, the production time may need about 3-5 business days.
When the order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking information email. Please kindly click on the tracking link to follow your order status. If you cannot find your tracking number or tracking link, please contact us at paypal@edora-store.com with the order number so that we can give you the best support.

3. Shipping time
Since the delivery date depends highly on the destinations, we can only provide you with the estimated shipping time. Please kindly refer to it as follows:
– United States: 7-20 working days
– Other countries: 7-30 working days

4. In case of delayed shipment
– In case there is a delay, please send us an email at paypal@edora-store.com with your order number.
– In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost due to our shipping agent’s errors before it is delivered to you, we will resend the order to you or issue a proper refund.

5. Change order’s information
If your order has wrong information such as: wrong shipping address, wrong size or color, please kindly contact us as soon as possible and give us the correct information so that we can give you the best support.
However, we can only change your order’s information within 12 hours from the time of purchase. After this time, we are unable to make sure that we can change it or not.

6. Disclaimer
We will not take any responsibility in some situations as below:

– The customers refuse to accept/pick up the package (or the customers do not pick up the order on time)
– The carriers attemptted to ship the package many times
– The tracking update indicates that the package was successfully delivered or has the “delivered” status.
– The order fails to be delivered as the customers provided an inaccurate shipping address.
